Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold on Efie Shop.

Inspect your item(s) carefully before paying the delivery agent. Once you pay and accept the item, the transaction is considered complete.

If you receive an incorrect or visibly damaged item (due to our handling error), contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue. No refund will be issued; we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.

No returns accepted for change of mind, size/color mismatch, or any other reason.
