  1. How do I place an order? Select the item(s), fill in your shipping address and phone number, then submit your order. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation message.
  2. How do I pay? Pay in cash to the delivery agent when you receive your package. Cash on Delivery (COD).
  3. Do you deliver nationwide? We deliver to major cities including Accra, Kumasi, Tema, Takoradi, and Cape Coast. Contact us to confirm delivery to your area.
  4. Can I inspect the item before paying? Yes, you may open the package and inspect the item(s) before making payment to the delivery agent.
  5. What if I receive a wrong or damaged item? If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will review the situation. Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges, but may offer a replacement at our discretion.
